Team logs simplify digitizing your logbook entries so your team can easily submit and track them. They're versatile and can be used for manager logs, incident reports, maintenance logs, customer feedback, and more.
Team Logs feature a built-in calendar. When you open the logs, you'll start on today's entries ("Today"), and you can navigate to previous days to review past entries. Detailed reports are available in Insights.
Log Types
Log types categorize the entries and are selected by users when creating a log entry. These types are set up in your business settings. Learn more about creating log types.
Log Entries
Log entries are the individual records submitted under each log type. They can be entered on their own or grouped into a "Log Guide." Learn more about making a log entry.
Log Guides
Log guides are collections of log types that can be scheduled to repeat or used for one-time submissions. For example, you might create a recurring "Manager’s Log" guide that includes several log types for daily reporting, or a one-off "Incident Report" guide for immediate use when incidents occur.
