Team logs offer a streamlined way to digitize your logbook entries, allowing your team to submit and track them easily. They can be used for a variety of purposes, such as manager logs, incident reports, maintenance and equipment logs, customer feedback, and more.

Similar to task lists, Team Logs includes a built-in calendar feature. When you access team logs, you’ll initially land on the current day's entries ("Today"). You can navigate to previous days to view past entries, and detailed reports are available in Insights.

Log Types

Log types define the classification your users will select when creating a log entry. When submitting an entry, users will first choose the relevant log type. These log types are set up in your business settings. For more information on how to create log types, click here.

Log Entries

Log entries are the individual submissions made under each log type. Entries can be recorded separately or as part of a collection, organized within a "Log Guide". For more information on how to make a log entry, click here.

Log Guides

Log guides are collections of log types. They can be scheduled to repeat or used as one-time submissions. For example, you could set up a repeating "Manager’s Log" guide that contains several log types your managers need to complete daily. Alternatively, you could create a one-off "Incident Report" guide for users to submit as incidents occur.
