Please note: only users with the "Edit task lists" permission can modify task lists.
If you haven't already, we recommend reading the article on creating a list to familiarize yourself with the structure and editable fields of a list.
A list will appear only on days when its tasks are scheduled. However, users with the 'Edit task lists' permission can see all created lists regardless of their schedule, enabling ease of access to edit.
To edit a list on both desktop and mobile:
1. Locate the list you want to edit and click/tap the pencil icon.
2. After making your edits, be sure to click "Save".
