Exporting and printing a nutrition label
Updated over a year ago

Once your label is complete, it's easy to export and print.

Upon saving the label you also have the ability to modify the serving size details to display as desired, or for proper compliance purposes. For example, you may wish to change your "1 scoop" serving size to "1 heaping scoop". Or, "2.5 cups" to "2 1/2 cups". This can be done during the label exporting process.

To export a nutrition label:

Desktop steps

1. Open the recipe you wish to print a label for.

Step 1 screenshot

2. Click the nutrition icon (Apple) at the top right.

3. Click the "Save as image" button above the label. This will save a PNG image to your device which you can then print out.

Labels created through opsi do not meet FDA standards until a qualified nutrition professional has confirmed its compliance.
