Please note: only users with the "Edit Products" permission can create and manage order guides.
Order guides are a great way to create custom lists of products, including from multiple purveyors, to make ordering easy and more streamlined.
Perhaps every Monday you order the same batch of products from one or multiple purveyors. By creating an order guide with those products associated to it, you can easily place an order for just those items, and remove the visual noise of all the other products available in your catalogs.
To create an order guide:

1. First, ensure you are on the "Products" tab.
2. Click the "View" filter.
3. Click "Order Guides".
4. In the order guides view, click the green "+" icon.
5. Click "New Order Guide".
6. Give your order guide a name then click "Save"
7. The new order guide is now created, and you can begin adding products to it.
8. If you need to edit the name of an order guide, or delete it, click the edit icon (pencil) to the right of its name to see the management options.

2. Tap "Order Guides".
3. Tap "Add" at the top.
4. Give your order guide a name then tap "Save".
5. The new order guide is now created, and you can begin adding products to it.
6. If you need to edit the name of an order guide, or delete it, click the edit icon (pencil) to the right of its name to see the management options.

1. First, ensure you are on the "Products" tab and select one of your purveyors.
2. Click on the product you wish to add to an order guide.
3. In the view product details modal, click "Edit".
4. Search the order guide(s) from within the "Order Guides" field. After selecting the guides you wish to associate this product to, click "Save".

1. Next to the purveyor's name, click the edit (pencil) icon, then choose "Manage Catalog".

2. Tap "Manage Catalog".
3. Tap "Edit" next to the product you wish to associate to an order guide.
4. Search the order guide(s) from within the "Order Guides" field. After selecting the guides you wish to associate this product to, tap "Done" at the top right. This will bring you back to step 2 where you can then "Save" your updates.
