Please note: only users with the "Edit Products" permission can create and manage product guides.
Product guides are a great way to create custom lists of products, including from multiple purveyors, to make order guides easy and more streamlined.
Perhaps every Monday you order the same batch of products from one or multiple purveyors. By creating a product guide with those products associated to it, you can easily place an order for just those items, and remove the visual noise of all the other products available in your catalogs.
To create a product guide:

1. First, ensure you are on the "Products" tab.
2. Click the "View" filter.
3. Click "Product Guides".
4. In the product guides view, click the green "+" icon.
5. Click "New Product Guide".
6. Give your product guide a name then click "Save".
7. The new product guide is now created, and you can begin adding products to it.
8. If you need to edit the name of a product guide, or delete it, click the edit icon (pencil) to the right of its name to see the management options.

1. First, ensure you are on the Products tab, then tap the down arrow next to "Purveyors".
2. Tap "Product Guides".
3. Tap "Add" at the top.
4. Give your product guide a name, then tap "Save".
5. The new product guide is now created, and you can begin adding products to it.
6. If you need to edit the name of a product guide, or delete it, tap into the guide, then tap "Edit" to see the management options.

2. Click on the product you wish to add to a product guide.
3. In the view product details modal, click "Edit".
4. Search the product guide(s) from within the "Product Guides" field. After selecting the guides you wish to associate this product to, click "Save" at the bottom.

1. Next to the purveyor's name, click the edit (pencil) icon, then choose "Manage Catalog".

4. Search the product guide(s) from within the "Product Guides" field. After selecting the guides you wish to associate this product to, tap "Done" at the top right. This will bring you back to step 2 where you can then "Save" your updates.
