Please note: only users with the "Edit Products" permission can complete orders
Once an order has been placed you can view/manage the details of the order, including the ability to mark it as delivered and add internal notes for the team.
Marking an order as delivered provides you the ability to not only close out the order, but update the price of each product if fluctuation occurred since your previous order. This process keeps your product costs up-to-date for both future ordering and for recipe costing.
Once an order is marked delivered, all users with the Edit Products permission will receive a push notification (if enabled) and message in the activity feed.
To complete an order:

1. First, ensure you are on the "Products" tab, then click "Orders".
2. On the orders page you will see a list of all your orders. Click into the one you would like to complete.
3. In the order details view, click "Mark Delivered".
4. Enter the received quantity and actual price upon delivery*. Leave blank if the price didn't change. You can also include an internal note to the team about the order.
*If the actual price is different from the approximate price, your product costs will be updated after confirming delivery.
Click "Confirm Delivery" once you are done.
