Viewing and managing orders

Please note: only users with the "Edit Products" permission can manage orders.

Once you place orders they will appear on the Orders page. This page will display a list of all your open and previous orders. Clicking on an order will display its Order Info including purveyor details, date and time of order, approximate total cost, list of each product purchased, ability to attach invoices and add internal notes, ability to mark the order as delivered, and ability to print.

There are 3 statuses of an order:

Submitted

The order has been sent to the purveyor.

Received

The order has been marked received by the purveyor.

Delivered

The order has been marked delivered by a user on your team.

To view an order:

Desktop steps

1. First, ensure you are on the "Products" tab, then click "Orders".

2. On the orders page you will see a list of all your orders. Click into the one you would like to view/manage.

3. Details about the order will display, including the ability to Mark Delivered, Add Notes, Attach Invoices, and Print.

4. On the previous page you are able to re-order or delete an order by clicking the edit (pencil) icon.

Mobile steps

1. First, ensure you are on the "Products" view, then tap the down arrow icon at the top.

2. Tap "Orders".

3. On the orders page you will see a list of all your orders. Tap into the one you would like to view/manage.
