Creating scratch lists

A scratch list is a simple to-do list that appears daily until all tasks are completed.

It’s visible only to you unless assigned to other users for collaboration.

Desktop steps

  1. On the Task Lists page, click the green "+" button at the top right.

  2. Choose "New Scratch List"

  3. Enter a name for the scratch list

  4. Click "Add task" to add the first task.

  5. Repeat step 4 until you're done adding tasks.

  6. Once complete, click "Save".

  7. The list will now appear at the top of your task lists and will only disappear once all tasks are completed.

If you wish to add user(s) to collaborate on the list:

  1. Click the three dots on the right side of the list.

  2. Under "Assignees" select the user(s) you wish to have see and collaborate on the list.

  3. Click "Save" when you are done.

Mobile steps

  1. On the Task Lists view, tap the green "+" button at the top right.
