This setup is specific to the PrepWizard Bixolon SLP-DX220BG printer. This model includes Bluetooth which is the primary printing method with opsi.
You must order directly from PrepWizard to receive the correctly programmed printer model.

Calibrate to Gap Sensor Printing
Make sure the printer is turned on, the 2”x1” prep labels are loaded in and feeding through the front, and the printer is closed.
Press and hold the “Pause” button for 2 seconds.
Press the “Feed” button when LED 1 is orange and LED 2 blinks green.
The printer will then re-calibrate to the gap sensor and label cutting should now occur in the middle between labels.
Ensure Bluetooth Mode is Setup
Make sure the printer is turned on, the 2”x1” prep labels are loaded in and feeding through the front, and the printer is closed.
Press and hold the “Pause” button for 2 seconds.
As soon as the lights start blinking press the “Feed” button to print out the current configuration settings.
On the printout, check if the “BT SSP Mode” is set to “PINCODE”. If the printer is already on PINCODE mode then move to the next step for connecting the printer to opsi.
If not on PINCODE mode, hold the “Pause” button for two seconds. Press the “Feed” button when LED 1 is red and LED 2 blinks green.
Repeat steps 1-4 until the configuration printout reads BT SSP Mode as PINCODE.
Connect to opsi
Ensure the printer is turned on and closed.
Open your opsi app on the device you wish to print labels from.
Tap the “Profile” icon in the navigation.
Tap “Settings” at the top right, then choose “Business Settings”.
At the top, tap the down arrow next to “Users” and choose “Devices”.
Tap “Add” at the top right.
Tap “Scan bluetooth devices”. You should then see a Bixolon printer appear in the list of devices. Select the Bixolon printer.
Name the device (or keep default name), select the type (in this case would be the “Bixolon SLP-DX220B”), then select the Sub Type (in this case would be “Prep Labels”).
Tap Save.
You’re now ready to print labels!

Load in a continuous 2” roll and feed through the front. Close the printer, then turn on the printer.
Press and hold the “Pause” button for 2 seconds.
As soon as the lights start blinking press the “Feed” button to print out the current configuration settings.
On the printout, check if the “BT SSP Mode” is set to “PINCODE”. If the printer is already on PINCODE mode then move to the next step for connecting the printer to opsi.
If not on PINCODE mode, hold the “Pause” button for two seconds. Press the “Feed” button when LED 1 is red and LED 2 blinks green.
Repeat steps 1-4 until the configuration printout reads BT SSP Mode as PINCODE.
Install Auto-Cutter Assembly (if applicable)
We recommend watching this video to install the auto-cutter add on. Although the video is meant for replacing an existing auto-cutter, it still follows all necessary steps. The print instructions can be found here if necessary.

Ensure the printer is turned on and closed.
Open your opsi app on the device you wish to print labels from.

Load in a roll of 2”x1” labels and feed through the front.
Close printer.
While the printer is on, hold the “Pause” button for 2 seconds.
Press the “Feed” button when LED 1 is green and LED 2 blinks red.
