Adding purveyors
Adding purveyors
Updated over a week ago

Please note: only users with the "Edit Products" permission can add purveyors.

Each purveyor created on opsi can contain its associated catalog of products. These are the products that you order directly from your purveyors, and/or use to associate to ingredients for the purposes of recipe costing.

In order to add products to your opsi account you must first create purveyors.

The following fields are presented during the purveyor creation process:

Name*: The name of the purveyor

Ordering Email*: The primary email to which orders will be sent to

Customer #: Your customer number for that purveyor

Minimum Order: The dollar amount for a minimum order the purveyor may have

Phone #*: The primary contact number for the purveyor

Address: The address for the purveyor

Default Purveyor Note: A note or special instructions to this purveyor which will be included in every order.

Additional Contacts: Any contacts you wish to add that for that purveyor. There is also a "Receive orders" option for each additional contact if you want them to receive the order emails in addition to the primary email.

Purveyor Schedule: Ability to set the availability of the purveyor
