Editing an invoice

Please note: only users with the "Edit Invoices" permission can edit invoices.

There may be times you need to edit an invoice, such as updating pack unit details on a vendor item or fixing an issue. Your team can fully modify invoice data, even after it’s exported to accounting software.

To edit an invoice:

Desktop Steps

  1. Click to the "Invoices" page.


  2. On this page you will see a list of all of your invoices. Click into the invoice you wish to edit.


  3. If you have the "Edit Invoices" permission you will automatically enter the edit invoice view.


  4. Click into the line item (vendor item) you wish to edit to drop down its details.


  5. Make your changes, then be sure to click "Save & Exit" at the bottom when finished.

Mobile Steps

  1. Tap to the Invoices view.


  2. On this page you will see a list of all of your invoices. Tap into the invoice you wish to edit.


  3. If you have the "Edit Invoices" permission you will automatically enter the edit invoice view.


  4. Tap into the line item (vendor item) you wish to edit to drop down its details.


  5. Make your changes, then be sure to tap "Save" at the top when finished.
